Zandi, Ph.D. Neuropsychologic testing procedures were developed by Drs. Welsh-Bohmer, Tschanz, and Plassman. Dr. Tschanz reviewed all individual test results. The board-certified or board-eligible geriatric psychiatrists who examined the study members at their residences included Drs. Steinberg, Breitner, Steffens, Lyketsos, and Green. Dr. Williams also examined several subjects and provided expert neurologic consultation. Autopsy examinations were conducted by Dr. Townsend. Ms. Leslie coordinated the autopsy enrollment program. Diagnosticians at the expert consensus conferences included Drs. Burke, Breitner, Lyketsos, Plassman, Steffens, Steinberg, Tschanz, and Welsh-Bohmer. Ms. Hart and West and Mr. Ray assisted Dr. Norton with the project's data management. Drs. Breitner, Corcoran, and Khachaturian assisted with the statistical analyses. Drs. Carlson, Plassman, and Skoog provided expert advice with aspects of study design and interpretation. Dr. Wyse supervised all aspects of the project's data collection and data management in Cache County.
